PetArmor Review & Giveaway - Ends 5/4

~Guest Post~
Review by LoveMy2Dogs

As you can tell by my blog name, LoveMy2Dogs, I am an owner of two dogs and they are our inside pets and we also have two inside cats, so ticks and especially fleas try be a big problem at our house. Plus when you add in the fact that I do in-home childcare, we always have to be on top of the flea and tick problem.

We normally get our flea and tick stuff from the Vet's office but the last stuff we got there was super stinky and left a white residue on our black dogs so we went back to getting Frontline Top Spot, which we liked better anyway, and we could get it from the pet store. I don't know how many of you are familiar with the application of the liquid flea and tick medication that you apply to the dogs and cats back but it has an applicator that you squeeze a small amount of liquid onto their backs at the base of their hair onto their ski, so applying it is pretty simple.

Then about a month ago I was contacted by PetArmor and I was asked to try their product and let them know what I thought. They sent me a pack for each of our dogs so I applied it and now here we are.

How it compares

It's a fact. The same active ingredients and the same flea and tick protection as Frontline Top Spot.

For years, Frontline Top Spot was the only flea and tick medication of its kind on the market. Now PetArmor® offers the same active ingredient (fipronil), in the same concentration as Frontline Top Spot, and it's just as safe and effective against fleas and ticks. Fipronil is the number-one active ingredient recommended by veterinarians for flea and tick control.

Why the same, for less?*

PetArmor is a generic version of Frontline Top Spot with the same active ingredient—fipronil. The fipronil patent (U.S. Patent # 5,232,940) has expired, clearing the way for generic products to be available. We've made it up to 50% less expensive* and available in stores where you shop, because we'd like to help more pets stay flea and tick free.

Well the ticks are out pretty thick in our area right now and the kiddos are bringing them in but I have not found any on the dogs and so far so good with the fleas. The dogs are not scratching and I have not seen any signs of fleas on either the cats or the dogs so in my opinion it is definitely doing its job and guess what? There is NO stinky smell or white residue, which is completely awesome!

PetArmor has also teamed up the the ASPCA to create the
