Recently I had the chance to review "Your Better Life" Wellness Program and was impressed with the set up. In this program you track your daily activities for points and compete with your buddies. In the December program we "walked" around New York City stopping at each highlighted attraction throughout the tour. At each attraction you would learn a bit about the history of each one.
